Black Swan Care Group makes it to final of Great British Care Awards for the Eastern Region!

We are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted as finalists in the Great British Care Awards in The Care Employer Award category for the East of England.

This is a huge achievement for us as a company, and one which we are incredibly humbled by. This category represents to us our continued commitment to our amazing staff team throughout the Coronavirus pandemic – in the face of unprecedented and difficult circumstances our staff have gone above and beyond at every opportunity to provide the best care to our residents, and uphold the core ethos of Black Swan Care Group.

The Great British Care Awards describe the Care Employer Award as:

‘This award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate employers’ commitment to care and how this is achieving success in delivering an excellent service’. – care-awards.co.uk  

It is poignant to us to be recognised in this category in the face of everything the social care sector has faced over the last three years, and we feel it is a testament to the character and commitment of our amazing team of over 700 staff across the group that we have made it to the final of the awards. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff for their continued hard work, and we will be crossing our fingers until the ceremony on November 4^th 2022. We also wish the best of luck to all of the amazing fellow finalists in every category, it is an honour to be amongst such esteemed care providers.
