Black Swan Care Group honoured to be the only Norfolk Care Provider to be named winners in the Top 20 Large Care Home groups in the Carehome.co.uk Awards 2022!

Black Swan Care Group are honoured to be named a winner in the 2022 Carehome.co.uk Awards in the Large Care Provider category – putting us in the top twenty residential care providers across the country, and the only care provider in the county to be awarded this title!

As a company we are always humbled when we see the positive comments, feedback and constructive criticism we receive through our reviews and feel it is a fundamental factor in how we tailor and improve our care for the future.

This is why we hold the Carehome.co.uk awards in such high esteem as a sector, as the reviews are based not on nominations  - but the average review score for each service based on reviews of residents and their loved ones across the last twelve months. 

We are also incredibly proud of The Gables Care Home who have successfully achieved the title of one of the Top 20 Care Homes in the East of England! The Gables Care Home in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire has not only made this amazing achievement for 2022, but this will in fact be their fifth year within the top twenty ranking.

Managing Director Tom Lyons told us what it means to Black Swan Care Group to be recognised in this way:
